Awning FAQs
Below are some of the questions we often get asked about us and our awnings; please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions that we haven't answered here.
The cost of your awning will be entirely dependent on the size of the awning you require and it's installation method.
We are very confident that our pricing is competitive and transparent.
We offer what we believe to be the highest quality products at the best possible pricing, our products are also fairly unique in the UK.
That being said, if you feel you are being offered a better deal elsewhere, we will always do what we can to make sure you are happy and will match 'like for like' written quotations if you are happy to share them with us.
It is usually around 2-4 weeks from order to installation, this can sometimes be extended during busy summer periods.
We do not employ sub-contractors, your awning will be installed by our in house team and we will always do what we can to make sure that the person who surveyed your awning is present during installation.
Our customer portal is unique to us, once you've received a quote from us you will be able to login and get updates on your awning project, we will provide you with regular project updates in terms of what stage of the process the process you awning is at and also provide estimated installation dates.
You can also view all of your quotes, invoices and project notes in the customer portal and contact us directly.
We do a range of commercial fabric that is waterproof and suitable for year round use and all of our regular fabrics are also teflon coated, meaning they are water resistant but not waterproof.
